Grilled burgers with Alabama white sauce. I seriously love that stuff on anything off the grill. It is really good with burgers and sausage.

Pulled some smoked pulled pork out of the freezer and made tacos. Got a pint of banana pudding blue bell in the freezer whispering my name.

Man, that looks good! Best I've ever had was at the Palace Café in Opelousas owned by Tina Elder Walker. Good Lord, she could cook! May she rest in peace.

Open face sandwich using left-over beef brisket (see post from day before yesterday); sauteed mushrooms; new potatoes; peach tea; blue bell vanilla ice cream with crumbled pecan pralines over the top.
