Lobsterorder.com
They’re great and affordable. 20 “halves” (1.4-1.6lbs each) overnighted for $325 (includes shipping). We had about 15 people there and still had some leftover

So let me get this straight. You paid $375 for 10 whole lobsters which is $37.50 for each lobster. You can go to a grocery store and pay between $16-$18 each and go to restaurant depot and pay $13.99 each. ??, what am I missing about going to use Lobsterman.com?

"Halves" aren't half a lobster. They are lobsters that weigh between 1.5 and 1.74 lbs.

So, more like $16.25 per nice sized lobster.

Yep, what Darla said

And that’s including overnight shipping from Maine. Not a bad deal. Not something you’d do every week but it’s fine for every once in a while to try something different

It’s by far the best way to buy lobster.

I bought 20 pounds of live crabs off a crab boat today in Des Allemandes for $40 cash. We are having an impromptu crab boil this evening.

Well, if we're recycling the WFDT, yesterday's (or maybe it was the day before) discussion about chuck roast versus rump roast made me hungry for some lean roast.

Rump roast with crimini mushrooms, potatoes, and carrots
broccoli salad
macaroni salad
cole slaw

Braised short ribs over five cheese tortellini. One of many Costco ingredients meals on this long weekend.
