I just got back from the grocery store and I'm really pleased with what I got
2 beautiful pieces of scottish salmon. I'm going to slow roast at 200 then sear on the stove. So basically reverse sear.
Baby carrots. Gonna coat in olive oil, s&p, brown sugar and butter and roast til tender
Also going to boil baby red potatoes then slather in butter garlic s&p. And a salad with cucumber white onion and tomatoes.

Half a calzone that was the size of my head, filled with spinach, feta, pepperoni and artichoke.
Also had a Clown Shoes Galactica...I ordered the 16 oz but the bartender accidentally gave me the 24 oz. I wasn't mad.
