I made a coonass beef roast w/ sausage and gravy. Corn and english peas for sides. Gonna wash it down with a rum and dr pepper to celebrate good news!

Yes. They are very drinkable young, the last one I had a few months ago was a 2015. They just round out as they get a little older and lay down awhile. I'm a David Arthur fan. Haven't had any wine during the week in a bit but just felt the mood and had the burrata so I knew it would go well.

Grilled salmon last night so with leftover ers made salmon tacos with a ginger n lime aoili, fresh basil and mint, chopped cubanelle peppers and chopped asparagus.... And some leftover corn on the cob.

Korean flanken short ribs (marinated and then quick grilled), served over jasmine rice with carrots, celery, bell pepper cooked in wok with reduced marinate. A side of quick baby bok choy kimchi (salad?, un-fermented using Guchujung paste). Red blend from Marietta

I was going to do tacos, but I'm on a low carb diet, so I just took the fillings and put them together in a bowl to make a taco salad without the shell.

It was pretty good.
