I'm out of town doing a commercial appraisal project. Ate at a Texas Roadhouse next to the hotel. People might hate on the roadhouse, but it's not bad. Meat and cold beer...you can't go wrong with that.

It was one of the crappier ribeyes when I bought the whole roast, but it tastes good.

Caught about 78 silver salmon this past weekend at fish camp in two drifts in under an hour.

Have enough salmon for the whole winter for my family and her family.

So naturally made pan fried salmon with white rice and corn
