Fresh zucchini sautéed with onion, purple hulled peas, raw sweet onion, and a few slices of leftover steak.

Homemade Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

No grilling today, we had torrential rain this afternoon and the patio is completely soaked. It was a soup and sandwich kind of night. The wife made a homemade vegetable soup and I made grilled cheese sandwiches with homemade bread. Mmmmmmm.............!!!!!

Homemade bread makes awesome grilled cheese sandwiches!

Dessert is a Cinnamon Swirl Donut Bread I made this afternoon. Rainy days make for great baking days.

Leftover salmon cake on a cheese bun. The salmon is falling apart, but the taste of it all was very good.

Fried codfish, roasted whole kernel corn, broccoli with cheese sauce.

Likely will have a no sugar popsicle later - actually two of them.
