I had some leftover ground venison in the fridge and made an impromptu skillet burger.

Looks like a Quarter Pounder from Mcdonalds with that American cheese and Ketchup.
I am going to have something similiar, but the classic way.
Hamburger with Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Pickled Jalepenos, Mayo and Mustard.

My dads buddy just dropped off about 40 of these, so I'll be giving them a try. Never had anything from here.

Looks good. I still have a few dozen of hem from Mickey Browns that I always forget about. This has inspired me to make a gravy later this week for some of them.

Shrimp and potato stew over rice, Italian salad, green peas, and tea.
When I was young my mama would use river shrimp in a stew like this or in a pot of butterbeans. Too good.

Ordered 7 varieties of wings from the new BWW in Gonzales. They were surprisingly good, with the exception of the Curry flavor.

Grilled stuff and cheesy cauli mash.

Ribeyes and baked potatoes. They were thick, leaving enough that we will be able to thin slice the leftovers for steak sandwiches tomorrow.

Looks good Balls. I had a friend who liked to do bream on the grill, brushed with butter and garlic. They were great. Ever done them that way?
