I have not MD but I baked two great big whole bream a couple nights ago scored, herbed and olive oiled and they were exceptionally good. I tried this here out based on a culmination of a few different recipes, with a big bream, a few smaller bream and a bass. It was great flavor wise and the fish were money. But the smaller bream are hardly worth fooling with. Fish are so good I may give up red meat and become a full fledged Presbyterian (not really).

No doubt. Just trying to see how it will turn out otherwise. They were good but didn't stay together like the bigger ones.

Skillet burger is a fine treat......especially smothered in ketchup and stuffed between two pieces of white bread.

It ain't rocket science Jib.

Neither is sauce piquante, gumbo, and etouffee but She cant do those.

The RBaR she did tonight was really good. The only problem is that my sink is clogged up. I have half a bottle of drano in it now. Probably going to have to call a plumber in the AM.
