Making four different quiches and salad. Felt like something on the light side tonight.

Friend just dropped off 3 dozen freshly made and still warm tamales. Having those and maybe some chili from the freezer or just some pico with chips and avocado.

I had a late lunch at Drago's today that was incredible.

Mrs4 has a lot of spaghetti that I can't devote much attention to right now.

Billy's, link of boudin, a handful of cracklin, and a Sunkist Diet Urnge.
The cracklin was a little over cooked, made me overuse my toof.

I do mine 72 hours at 132 degrees. The huge ones at Albertson's are awesome this way.

I've got sous vide baby back ribs ready for the grill in a bit. 40 hours at 140. Gonna glaze it with Sweet Baby Ray's Raspberry Chipotle. Also will be tossing on a couple of baby octopus. Since the octopus are in the circulator at the same temp that is ideal for vegetables, I'll probably cook some strips of yellow squash for a half hour, top with some brown sugar and brulee with my torch.

Of course, any time my grill is lit, there is going to be some corn on the cob happening.
