We got a sack of oysters and did them raw, chargrilled, bienville, fried, stewed, and broiled. Had fresh garlic bread and a spring salad with Cousin's dressing. A delicious strawberry pie and cab capped off this little thrown together meal.

No way I could eat oysters that many ways in the same meal.
Spend a couple minutes to make your own dressing, so much better than that processed and preservative filled crap.

Fajitas Camarones with an terrific mole sauce
Very smoky with chipotle
all the usual add ons: Refried beans, Caramelized onions and bell peppers(red and green) these also had roasted garlic which really stood out supplied great flavor
House guacamole along with two great fresh salsa's a mild and a habnero based one.
Soft corn tortillas instead of flour ones are so much better and flavorful!!
BTW: I didn't make this
