Doing a reverse sear on two big salmon filets. 30 minutes at 225 in the oven then sear on the stove in a little oil & butter. Wild rice and corn. Chardonnay.

Chicken burgers reverse seared with chipotle mayo, grilled tomato, and grilled pineapple. Not bad at all.

I typically grill strips on Sunday nights and sometimes twice a week. They're $8 a piece and I cook for two. Is that supposed to be remarkable?
