I smoked 2 racks of baby backs, some beef short ribs and 2 wood ducks. Grilled some sausage, chicken thighs, 6 snapper fillets and a sirloin steak. Fried squash and zucchini, 5 lbs of snapper, 3 lbs of large shrimp and a quart of oysters. Made some okra and tomaters, some bleu cheese slaw, and some baked beans.

Today was my 4th. We were watching it rain at ball park all day yesterday.

Yea we got 2" yesterday & probably that much today but it's still raining so I'd melt if I went & checked

Had another fine day at the river Friday. This time with my son and fiance. Baking the filets off of the biggest catfish with a mega salad and garlic/parm bread.
