Frying catfish, shrimp, oysters, fries, onion rings and whatnot. I'm gonna convert mine into several pivots

I apologize if you really are in my families homeland. I didn't know there were rock shrimp there, always just had langoustine. Puffin is fantastic and Icelandic lamb is the best in the world. We have it shipped in every year for Christmas, crazy expensive but so worth it

I assume you are at a restaurant? Which one, in downtown Reykjavik?


Once again, I apologize if you really are in Reykjavik. Enjoy your time there and please post lots of pictures. Don't forget to try hokarl also try whale if you get the chance, it is outstanding.
