Dragos in Jackson on way home from Memphis. We shared a dozen chargrilled oysters and the lobster MacnCheese app and BBQ shrimp po-boy. Did not share the 3 adult beverages since she had to get us home.

Leftover Jambalaya I made for a gathering last night. First time I've ever followed the ole Poche recipe to a T, for some reason. Best jamb I've ever made by a long shot.
