Only thing I'd change about this chili is the beer, whether it be using a different one or omitting it altogether. I used Guinness and it made the chili slightly sweet.

I dont remember much about the personalities on this site, but werent you the one that hated and bashed the use or over use of cilantro?
I just remember thinking I've never met anyone that didnt like cilantro. I mean you can use too much, but its rare that it happens
