McClures American Burger with peppers and bacon (sans pickles and tomato)

Was alright. Burger is a little thin for my liking. The different sauces are cool to experiment with as well.

Downside of the whole thing. The tables are too low. BS complaint, but it made me feel awkward.

Cool. I was just wanting to start a thread today asking for tips on freezing meat. I have chicken breasts, steaks, pork chops and ground beef

It says freeze in package it came in and if longer than two months wrap in foil, freezer paper or bag. That doesn't work. I've tried all of them and my stuff still has ice all over it even before two months

Braised venison shoulder with all the trimmings over rice. Or rice and gravy as my brethren to the south call it. It's fantastic.

Now, now, Mr Balls..."rice n gravy" is different than rice and gravy, we all know that.

And it's different in EP as opposed to AP...

And don't even mention flour or cornstarch .

I'm good with it all. I just don't understand why rice gets supplanted into the title of the dish when all it does is sit there and get stuff dumped on the top of it. The roast is the mutha fricker. It's the one making things happen.

Roast n Gravy.

over rice
