I just put a pork loin in my smoker. I don't know if it will be sliced open this evening or tomorrow morning. Junior got tubes in his ears this morning early so it's been an eventful day. Nothing major, just busy.
A few beers thus far, but an orange powerade and Svedka will be next.

No one can taste it so yeah. But mine was absolutely delicious. I'd order it in a restaurant.
