very nice. definitely some more exotic ingredients in there. had a viet version of it last night from a place down the street and it was really solid.

When I watch those BBQ competition shows and they screw up......I always think "how'd they screw up they've done that a thousand times"

Yeah, I don't keep most of the ingredients on hand. So, I'll be stopping by the store on the way home tonight. My favorite place to get pad thai shut down. So, now I've got to figure out how to do it on my own. At least I can make it as spicy as I want it.

Thanks, I worked really hard for it. Yesterday's loss with 2 errors in the bottom of the 9th was tough to watch. Especially that tailor-made double play to the short stop that would have gotten them out of the inning. Oy vey!!
