spent the evening stuffing sausage meat into casings; will smoke tomorrow. took some overflow meat, made some patties, and fried up a couple of pork sausage burgers.

Having dinner at Zolia for the first time. Just put down a st Germain cucumber basil-gin cocktail and a charcuterie board. Next on to salads and pesto grilled salmon!
