Chicken, Sausage & Pork.

It is good Alma. And I slaved cooking a good meal for my son, only to have him tell me he's going to Tokyo Cafe with friends.

He will regret that one day. I sure do miss my moms meals. I get one every now and then! She is cooking a big lunch next Sunday for the family.

Yep, the heavy ones bro. He makes a pretty good cheeseburger and has an excellent liquor cabinet.

Roasted purple sweet potato and carrots with rosemary and thyme. That's probably all I will have.

Out a Boston butt in the crock pot at about 12:30 with and bunch banana peppers, chopped onions and a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, with a couple squirts of siriacha

Going to shred and serve on tortillas with Monterrey jack cheese. May even take the juice from the crock pot and reduce down for a sauce
