Leftovers for us, too.
I grilled some burgers and Lucy had one. But I took mine and sliced it up and covered it over nacho chips, then salsa, then sliced Japs.

I'm thinking about a beef/veg stew tomorrow. Found a recipe that calls for the usual meat, carrots, potatoes...but the kicker is cooking it in a slow cooker with Cream of Mushroom Soup.

What do you think?

Homemade pizza cooked on a Baking Steel, topped with Fra'Mani calabrese, tomato passata, capers, and a little Pecorino.

COM soup does not contain cheese. Yet, it can be used in casseroles. Never used it in a beef stew. Or maybe I have. But I've got Alzeheimers so everything is new.

Dang. I would kill for some fried white perch right about now

I'll probably end up with beef manicotti from the little village. Been grazing all day though.

I've been feasting like a fiend today and pounding the water to try and get rehydrated.

I was so dehydrated.......I tried to workout this afternoon just to get my arse off the couch. I was about 5lbs lighter than normal.

I had some leftover pizza for dinner.

Finally pulled the trigger on some Prime ribeyes.

Making those with grilled veggies, homemade steak fries with garlic/rosemary, and wedge salads.
