I had a Galician friend who for the first time tried sushi, many moons ago, in the 90´s, in Paris, and he was raised in Paris, but we were on a stipend.

This should help. I forgot this was in the momofuku cookbook. David Chang is a god. I'm sure this recipe will be good

Here's the pizza. Did a BBQ sauce on whole wheat crust and topped with bacon (who doesn't love bacon?), smoked chicken, gruyere, and jalapeños
