Smoked some chicken quarters earlier. Going to pull them and make some pizzas on the grill in a bit. Waiting for dough to finish rising.

I am not worthy to even suggest something to someone who cooks as well as you do. Whatever you decide, please post pics if it.

Ate crawfish too full for anything else.... Darla I responded in your chilli thread.... Didn't know if you'd see it.... But I had an idea about your hamburger salads... Probably one you have already thought of tho

Edit saw your response

thanks darla.

I had to change menu kinda midstream. We are having neighbors over for dinner and my wife was craving smoked chicken. I'm kinda new to the smoking thing and still iffy on cooking times. Needless to say the chicken that I thought would take a little over 3 hours only took 1.5. Decided to make some dough when I saw it was going to be done too early so hence it is now pizza night.

Just put about 2 dozen wings on the smoker...was wanting them for the OM-AU game at 7:00 so a little behind schedule, but its me and the dog, and I've got plenty of beer and no plans, so I'm in no rush

Was thinking of doing a Tiger Sauce baste about half way though. May not though and just go for a smokey flavor. Who knows

As in Miso soup from Japan?

Peel an eggplant, hang it in a very hot, steamy shower, with a collector at the bottom.

Eggplant Miso soup.

Don´t forget one or two paper thin slices of champignon mushroom, and a few diced green onion pieces.
