I'm not sure what to call this other than a heap of goodness.
Fresh baked biscuit, open faced and topped with rotisserie chicken, roasted red pepper humus, and a few fried eggs...

Beer. Leftover fried speck filet sandwiches. Going to make a mayo/Louisiana/red pepper flake/lemon juice/lemon pepper/garlic powder/worchestershire/horseraddish/cilantro sauce to go on them with a slice of hothouse tomato. This may be the only time I could use some iceberg lettuce in my fridge.
