I'm having some leftovers from lunch.

I made a chicken filet on the skillet with a mushroom, onion and bellpepper mix. Sauce is coconut milk, oyster sauce, garlic and a dash of fresh OJ (squeezed from fruit) and soy sauce.

sorry to confuse you but I have health issues so drinking a lot is not always recommended

It's my favorite "nice" restaurant in town. Never had a bad meal there, good service, and like 2 blocks from home.
