Turkey breast & onions, bell peppers, garlic, mushrooms in a crockpot, took the au jus, combined butter, flour, made some gravy, and roasted some whole, peeled carrots…

Boudin Casserole- had a pound of smoked boudin that needed to be eaten, so I sautéed some Trinity, steamed some cauli rice, added cream cheese and pepper jack and the boudin. Served with a Caesar salad. Delicious and low(er) carb

I made beef Lo Mein and threw some frozen egg rolls in the oven here for dinner tonight.
Earlier this afternoon I made a bread pudding with a stale loaf of French bread. While it was baking I whipped up a rum sauce to go with it.
Too full to have some of the bread pudding right now. Maybe later I'll have some and post a picture of it.
