Friend made what I’m gonna call an etouffee, had shrimp and redfish in it. It was good. I already had some rice cooked. Fried some shrimp and since the oil was hot, some cheese sticks, added some crab salad on the side. :)

Well I’m in the middle of a dental renovation so my usual Grape Nuts and skim milk is on hold as well as pretty much anything that requires chewing.

So I had yellow grits with a lot of butter, salt and black pepper and a couple of over easy eggs draped over the top.

Basically vinegar bbq sauce with some Steens mixed in. Got the idea from Rolling Bones BBQ social media.

Apple Cider Vinegar
White Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Red pepper flake
Hot sauce
Steens syrup or molasses
Some water
