Keto without a name. Sliced Zucchini, Diced ham, Mozzarella, Swiss, Monterrey Jack, and Cheddar cheese. Heavily dusted with Everything But Bagel seasoning. coked 350 for an hour. Pretty good.

Brought my wife to Millside in Ponchatoula. A couple of pounds of crawfish, split a shrimp poboy, catfish poboy and onion rings, some eaten. Pictures don’t do it justice, the poboys were loaded. Forgot my wallet, she’s there washing dishes and mopping the floor. Gonna go back and get her when I’m done with the treadmil. :)

We got takeout from Albasha, which we haven't had in a while, and I have to say that Serops is much better.

Yes. Just bought the variety pack and trying them out. Good quick noodles. Trying out some different ways to flavor them to cut down on the sodium.
