Leftover spicy Thai soup, added Konjac pasta (4.5 calories/serving), cut up some fresh jalapeno, and more onion, to bulk it up, being a small portion. Also made some asparagus. Seared in the unoiled cast iron, blazing hot (a tiny amount of EVOO was added at the end). Put in to aluminum foil with EVOO, balsamic, soy, pepper, WS sauce and let steam. Amazing how "smoky" it tastes from such a simple process, once steamed. Grated fresh parm after finished.

We had KFC pot pies last week on a cold and rainy night. Hit our spots. They’re very good.

Kartchner’s green onion sausage stuffed pork chops and butter peas tonight.

Nope. Prebaked whole potatoes then cut in half, scooped out, then baked again until browned then filled and final melt. I will double cheese next time.
