Dinner was supposed to be smoked pork shoulder, but my guy hasn’t even surpassed 160 yet. Guess that’s tomorrow’s meal.

Well, the recipe was adapted from this one that has kinda gone viral on Instagram by her followers.

Everything that happens in step 3 follows me sautéing down all of those items really good first, as I find dumping those ingredients raw into the soup sounds very unappealing regardless of how "healing" the soup is supposed to be.
