Found a couple of racks of ribs in the freezer. Threw some pork steaks, chicken and sausage on the pit to go with the ribs. Got the family fed. Fed my bartender. :)

Scallops and pan sauce, broccolini, and an au gratin I came up with. It’s roasted cauliflower + caramelized leek au gratin.

It’s fantastic. I originally planned for it to just be cauliflower, but I’ve been on a leek kick.

I have been experimenting with making marinades at home vs. using store bought. I found several marinades for pork loin with a dijon mustard/soy sauce base. I was skeptical and even more nervous because I only had spicy brown mustard. I did it anyway and was extremely pleased with the results.
