Sautéed onion, jap, and cherry tomato. Threw in ground beef. Added feta, cheddar, and a can of rotel. Added penne pasta. A spinoff of goulash.

Came out really good.

Made Lamb Rogan Josh for the first time. It was pretty damn good, but I think I can definitely improve on it next time. Still not too shabby for my first attempt at cooking Indian food.

Try Chettinad and Vindaloo, extra spicy. Really amazing dishes. The spice combo and cooking fenugreek seeds, roasting various others spices seems complicated. We have an Indian friend who stays and cooks for us, and he whips it up like a Coonass would make a gumbo come outta nowhere. Congrats on your first attempt, looks great! Oh, and putting on a plate with the various chutneys is awesome, so much flavor!
