Yaki Udon.
I used shrimp, Napa cabbage, carrots, a blend of mushrooms, and water chestnuts.
It turned out great!

Spaghetti and meatballs...unless I can't stop eating the biltong that I made. It's addictive.

Got a recipe/method?
Dry baked chicken, cold mashed potatoes and gravy, bland green beans and a roll with margarine from the hospital cafeteria. Should have gotten another Hulk from Smoothie King.

Grilled some chicken tenders and made a salad. Salad greens, tomatoes, chicken, eggs, olives, bacon, cheddar, red onion, Parmesan, croutons, ranch dressing and whatever I forgot. :)

Sure. For this batch, I followed this recipe. I built a simple biltong box a few years ago to dry it in. Up until now, I've just followed this more traditional recipe.
It's really very easy to make. You just need a good environment to dry it in, which is where the biltong box comes in handy, but having one isn't necessary to make it. You can dry it in the fridge, but it will take longer.

Mrs Mailman is in DC having fun. Smoked Turkey and horseradish provolone wrap with some pasta salad.
