Quesadillas. Used turkey meatballs for the protein, shredded cheese, and caramelized onions. Ate it too quick before taking a pic. Won’t be the last time I make that concoction.

My coworker, who is originally from South Africa, brought me some coconut curry rice to work today to bring home for dinner. I ate it with a leftover chicken breast I had in the fridge and it was excellent.

I made a beef stew, and had it, followed with chocolate cake and fudge swirl ice cream with peanut candies stuff in it.
Tough day for the wife. Our next-door widow neighbor friend had a stroke, and the wife spent the day with her at Saint D.
