mfiwd and I got off of work early and got to spend two hours at the beach. We are having beef broth, jalapeños, mushrooms and Tabasco Sriracha.

Wife scored about 12 pounds of crawfish from a charity event at the gun range last weekend because people here don't know how to eat them, we decided to do crawfish cakes. Came out great. Cream sauce on top.

Great and delicious simplicity.
Buttered sourdough, smoked Gouda, smoked turkey (Boars Head), wilted spinach, a mixture of mayo and balsamic glaze (or whatever spread you prefer), maybe some pickled jalapeños, is hard to beat.
