I over cooked the penne but it was still good. Penne covered in spaghetti sauce, black olives, italian sausage with cheese, crushed red pepper and sprinkled with oregano .

I had a meal so spicy I decided I needed to add ingredients in order to make it tolerable!

ETA: Oh. I didn’t notice that it posted twice. I thought you meant leftovers.

No, in fact I had never heard of catfish haven until I looked it up after seeing your post. I would have called it Cock of the Walk. Have only been there one time in the past 20 years. It was OK, not better than that.

We dined close to the house because of the rain. Genna Benna on the cross-town Blvd beside Ace Hardware in Clinton. Maybe a mile from our house. It was OK, maybe a little better, but it wasn't Jerry's.

Forgot Cock of the Walk bought out yhe place years ago. Catfish Haven was way, way better. My grandparents used to take me out there on Friday nights.

Jerry's is legit, too. Not too many places are in a bona-fide igloo.
