Threw some country style ribs, pork chops and chicken legs on the pit. Had baked beans, potato salad and garlic bread to go with it. Fed my bartender. :)

Thanks! This is only my 4th one I’ve done, and first flat only. I tried it at 275 instead of 225 like I had before, after doing some reading on doing just the flat. It was good but I think I prefer the 225 a little more. Maybe I’ll try 250 next time. I think I’ve got my s+p ratio down though. It was the perfect bark flavor to me.

Have in laws, aunt and mom visiting us in KC. Smoked some ribeyes on the Rec Tec then seared. Mom did potatoes and bacon spinach salad.
