Tasty. We had roast, then made soup and have had it twice, with enough in the fridge to either freeze or have again tomorrow. Considering that, a chuck roast is a really good food buy for the wife and I.

IMO, its hard to beat a chuck roast cooked until it falls apart.

Nice keto meal, too. For whatever reason, it fills me up and I don't get hungry 2 hours later.
