225 Magazine had a recipe for what they called shrimp or chicken Santorini. I made the chicken version on the grill, instead of the oven. Served over orzo.

Threw a ham in the oven, big white limas, rice, baked beans, potato salad and store bought yeast rolls. Second ham I’ve cooked today. My sister’s husband is having a rough time. Put one in the oven for them, around 5:00 this morning. Fed my bartender. :)
