Tonight we have a smoked herb crusted pork loin with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.

Country style ribs, St Louis rack, yard bird, all off the smoker, fried corn , German slaw, baked beans and homemade ice ream

Homemade guacamole and pimento cheese for starters.

Leftover griddle burgers


Why is it that I can eat 2 or even 3 burgers when I make them at home, but feel disgustingly full just downing one at a restaurant? My patties are usually 1/3 pound or more. I just don't understand it. Oh well...

Chuck Roast, rice and gravy, butterbeans and lady peas, green beans and cornbread. Chocolate ice cream cake for dessert. With wife, two sons, their wives and the grandkids and one future grandkid wife (lots of peoples).
