Used Balls (RIP) recipe and smoked a pastrami after a nine day brine.
Fried oysters, pot of peas, chicken strips, French fries, Mac and cheese, and hot dogs.
Bunch of teenagers to feed.

Smoked some baby backs and some chicken.. Made some mac and cheese.. I picked up some pre-made coleslaw at Beaux Mart.. Why oh why did they put onion in it? It takes coleslaw in whole different direction and that's south... Should have made the extra trip to Rouse's for their much better coleslaw...
