there is a tortillaria in Hammond!
it’s on 190 between tractor supply and 55, we stopped in yesterday
got yellow corn and white corn tortillas, pollo and puerco tamales, and some green salsa. She also gave us some barbacoa to try
frick and yes
homemade tortillas make all the difference
oven fried quesadillas with tri tip and pepper jack
chicken tamales
black beans
salsas, avocado and crema
strawberry abita

Grilled a couple of ribeyes, with baked potatoes.

Made sandwiches with smoked ham and turkey from Iverstine. Brioche bun, mayo, mustard, lettuce, white onion, Italian vinaigrette, mozzarella, and bell pepper relish. Good stuff.
