Griddled burgers and hand cut French fries.

Earlier today I cut up some russet potatoes and put them to soak in water with a lil white vinegar and salt until later this afternoon. Let 'em drain and dried them a bit with paper towels and into the hot oil.

While the potatoes were frying I put the burger on the hot griddle with some diced onions.

These were actually Angus Chuck and Brisket Steak Burgers I got at Sam's. One third pound patties and there were fantastic!

Also tossed a handful of onion rings in the fryer.

That’s a great list! What’s the wine? I don’t recognize the bottle.

Great sandwiches (sausage and peppers, meatball, eggplant parm). Used to grab them to go a lot when I lived in Dallas.

Machete red blend from Orin swift. Petite sirah, syrah, and Grenache.

Yep! It's an incredible place. They do a stupid amount of wine business too so their prices are better than almost anywhere else. Only Italian wine though, which is my favorite.
