Tough crowd tonight. F&D continues a downhill plunge. I'm considering the foolishness of posting anymore

Smoked brisket and salad with zero carb dressing.

Pho Dac Biet with rare steak, brisket, meatballs, tendon, and tripe, garnished with basil, green onions, jalapeno, and bean sprouts. Served with hoisin sauce and siracha sauce on the side.

I do not like cilantro, so I didn't put any. The Vietnamese people find that omission quite strange.

I could eat seafood only and be just fine. I love catching fish off the pier and cooking it fresh.

It's tomato season so made a nice little BLT for lunch:

Went to the lakes and got too lazy to cook so meatballin' some Lit for dinner (with some fresh grated peccorino, black pepper, and OG Tabasco):

Is that Lit pizza? I have been curious how it is? Doesn’t look terrible in a pinch.

It is. It's thin crust with a lot of optional toppings which I like. It's not super awesome but for a Wednesday night it hit the spot.
