Pho Dac Biet with rare steak, brisket, meatballs, tendon, and tripe, garnished with basil, green onions, jalapeno, and bean sprouts. Served with hoisin sauce and siracha sauce on the side.
I do not like cilantro, so I didn't put any. The Vietnamese people find that omission quite strange.

It is. It's thin crust with a lot of optional toppings which I like. It's not super awesome but for a Wednesday night it hit the spot.
