Breaded and baked pork loin chops, garlic mashed potatoes, spaghetti squash and baked beans.

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and a squash casserole of sorts.
Squash and onion cooked tender, then add jalapenos and velvetta and simmer til melted. De fricking licious. I know the pretions won't like this but it's good stuff

I made tomato basil soup. I used a La Madeleine copycat recipe and it came out great.

Might follow up with a snack of garlic-herb cheese on sesame flatbread crackers. Maybe roasted red pepper hummus with pita chips instead. Maybe both.

Vodka waters.

That looks really fricking good. I love my mashed potatoes with some skin on too.

Power outage has forced us to the in laws for another night. Mississippi pot roast, veggies, and mashed potatoes.
