Popped some homemade frozen breakfast burritos in the oven.

Filling is hashbrowns eggs peppers onions cheese and Jimmy Dean.

First time doing them. They are awesome. Glad I made like 50 of them

Pan seared venison tenderloin with a Creole mustard Hank Shaw pan sauce deal. Pretty good. Served over rice with some Trappy's black eyed peas and bourbon

from the garden
Shishito peppers, eggplant, beets and beet greens, carrots

From the freezer
Lentils, beef tenderloin tips

Roasted the carrots and beets, blistered the shishitos and eggplant, heated up the lentils, dressed the beet greens and seared the beef

Delicious

broiled ribeye

You broil the entire cook? Oven broil or do you have a high temp restaurant style broiler?

I put the steak on a broil pan and into a 350 convection oven for about 6 minutes.

Then I cut on the convection broiler, at 550, and ran the steak to medium rare.

Just curious. First time doing them, why 50?
