I'm pretty proud of that bark I typically do the foil wrap to get through the stall so my bark softens up a little bit but I skipped that step today.

clean out the refrigerator pizzas.
we had BBQ chicken, corn & potato with red onion and roasted cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and tomatoes with feta cheese

first time I’ve made pizza dough, not bad

Made enough gnocchi this afternoon for dinner, lunch, and to freeze. Decided on a brown butter sage sauce with bacon and green peas for tonight.
