I’ve never made corned beef and cabbage before, nor eaten it, until today. I used the seasoning packet that came with the brisket and cooked in the slow cooker. Maybe next year I won’t use a pre-packaged one.

Smash Burgers, tried to cook them on my griddle but the wind was so strong it was knocking down the flame on my griddle. So I cooked them inside in my black iron skillet.

There's an amazing fresh pasta market in the next square so we decided to walk there and grab some groceries for dinner.
They have all kinds of fun daily pastas and sauce options. Being able to mix and match keeps it interesting and everything they offer is super fresh and delicious.
We went with prosciutto, asiago & basil ravioli and a wild mushroom cream sauce.
Added fresh prosciutto, cremini mushrooms and spinach. Topped with a little shredded parm.
Side of toasted, buttered baguette and a fancy Italian Red.
Tiramisu for dessert.
Fantastic and I'm stuffed.
