An empty stuff that needed to be out of the freezer and pantry night.

Burger and Air Fries

Also a question for you guys. Do you eat Oatmeal, or is that an old guy from the landmass breakfast item?

I notice you eat a lot of chicken thighs. Do you love them so much, on a special diet, or on a budget or something? I'm sorry and I don't mean to be nosey but I was just curious. Your pics always look awesome.

Chicken spinach alfredo lasagna (Rana brand- it was a hard day)

And I grew up on oatmeal and still really like it- butter, cinnamon, and honey added to it

Tortellini with alfredo

a handful of cherry tomatoes halved, canned spinach, walmart tortellini, great value alfredo sauce jar, three slices of bacon.

made enough for probably four meals easily.

I'm just an old fat man who used to weigh well over 300 lbs and who has been hanging out at under 200 lbs for the last four years or so. I eat a lot of baked or grilled chicken to help offset the bad things that I eat. Used to do a lot of boneless, skinless breasts until I just couldn't any more. :)
