This past Friday I did after conducting a gun trade in Lobdell I made a quick boudin/sausage run. Stopped in at Soprano's supermarket in Livonia and grabbed some boudin and Jalapeno/cheddar cheese sausage as well as Manda's HOT Poboy sausage. The rest of the short trip consisted of sausage and boudin from Billy's and Kartchner's in Krotz Springs.
This evening I grilled the Manda and jalapeno cheddar cheese sausages for poboys. That Manda's HOT sausage is some really good stuff! Need to get more of it next time I'm over that way.
You can easily see the jalapenos and cheese in the Soprano's sausage which is some good stuff too!

I made a crawfish fried rice inspired by your post a few weeks back. I needed to sweep out what was left in the fridge/freezer and this hit the spot! Merry Christmas to you and yours, I always enjoy your posts
